Below you will see the location of the 6 turbines. You can view different perspectives and different scales by "zooming" in and out. Do this using the symbols on the top left of the map OR double left click anywhere on the map to zoom IN and double right click to zoom OUT. You can left click and hold to drag the map around. Using the top right buttons on the map you can switch between map, aerial view and topography

The area we have covered extends from the Furness Peninsula to the West where both the town of Ulverston and the Village of Greenodd are overlooked by the proposed turbines and the South Lakeland Peninsula to the East. We have included the current Turbine sites on Furness, there are plans to extend these sites with the new generation of larger Turbines.
The National Park extends well into this area which has some of the most beautiful Lakeland scenery. It is a major tourist destination with thousands of people per year visiting the Medieval village of Cartmel, with its shops and famous horse races and  its close association with Holker Hall and the popular resort of Grange over Sands
